Language requirement: Native/fluent German + good English
Your responsibilities
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, and urgent cases with professionalism and empathy.
• Apply policies to support community interests and resolve user issues or escalate when needed.
• Manage complex safety-related cases using trauma-informed practices.
• Investigate and respond to claims, ensuring accuracy, sensitivity, and timely resolution.
• Support the project’s protection programs, including Host Damage Protection and Liability Insurance.
• Keep customer data secure and provide feedback on product/process issues.
Requirements
• Native/fluent German (C1+)
• Good English skills (B2+)
• Must have an EU passport or a Polish residence permit.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Customer-oriented mindset and positive attitude
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required, full training is provided
